depending on the level of maintenance required.
Service options include:
$49 AUD – Express Service
Quick maintenance and basic checks.
$99 AUD – Standard Service
A deeper clean and inspection.
$149 AUD – Full Service
Comprehensive servicing and detailing.
A quote will be provided before carrying out any additional work to the unit.

EARLIER MODELS (LIMITED SUPPORT)
R & G Series models currently retain limited support for servicing and spare parts, subject to parts availability.
R & G Series includes:
- Ryder R75
- Hunter R200
- Coaster R300
- Venturer G400
- Tracker G600
- Navigator G800
Please note that support for these models is limited. Parts may not be available to complete all repairs.
Service Inspection Fee
All supported earlier MGI models prior to the Quad/Tri Series incur an AUD $279 inspection fee.
Repair costs for any parts replaced, or any additional labour required, are not included in this inspection fee.
A quote will be provided before carrying out any additional work to the unit.
LEGACY MODELS (UNSUPPORTED)
MGI is no longer able to repair, service, or supply spare parts for a range of legacy products.
These models have reached the end of their lifecycle, and parts are no longer available to manufacture or source.
The following MGI electric buggy models are no longer supported:
- Caddymatic
- Compact / Laser / Lite
- Tornado / Hurricane / Superlite
- Navigator
- Superlite 100 / 300 / 500 / Navigator 700
- iSeries
- SL50 / SL100 / SL300
- C-Series
- iBuggy
For these products, MGI is unable to carry out repairs, provide servicing, or supply spare parts.
Batteries may still be available for suitable legacy products.
