All MGI online orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We offer Australia-wide domestic delivery on all purchases from our website. All prices stated are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
Deliveries are made from 9:00am – 5:00pm on weekdays via a postal service. The postal company will contact you via text message or email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the delivery details and the estimated day of arrival.

All online orders over $300 receive free delivery.

We offer in-store pick up from 11 Maurice Court Nunawading, 3131, VIC, Australia on MGI ex-demo models, refurbished models, accessories and spare part purchases only.
We do not offer international shipping on www.mgigolf.com website orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order details.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
