All MGI online orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your order has not been received within 14 days of shipping confirmation, contact our sales team sales@mgigolf.com.

ORDER TRACKING 

You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships (allow up to 48 hours for activation).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

• We ship Australia-wide to the mainland and Tasmania only. All prices stated are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
• Tracking details will be sent by the postal company using your checkout contact information. 
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack.  

IN-STORE PICKUP

Available from our Head Office at 11 Maurice, Nunawading, Australia for accessory and spare part orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping on www.mgigolf.com. Please find your local distributor here.

P.O. BOX DELIVERY 

MGI offers delivery to P.O. Boxes for accessories, golf bags, and spare part orders. Any orders containing batteries cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
