REGISTRATION
It is important to register your MGI Ai Buggy before first use via the top Handle. Registration allows you to:
• Speed up any servicing required on your Ai Buggy.
• Assist us to contact you with any updates about your Ai Buggy.
• Use ‘Hole View’ and Advanced Scoring features.
Once registered on the buggy, pair your Ai Buggy to your smart device via the MGI & Sureshot App.
Next, the buggy should be registered on the MGI Website for warranty and servicing purposes. The serial number required for this is located on the buggy chassis, where the battery is located.
When turning on your Ai Series Buggy for the first time, you will be asked to register the device.
Follow the onscreen prompts to complete registration.
**Do not register your buggy on the MGI & Sureshot App before the registration has been completed on the buggy.
Alternatively, if the above was skipped previously, go to:
• Settings on the Ai Series Buggy
• Then About
• Then tap ‘Register Device’ and follow the onscreen instructions.
On the Ai Series Buggy, navigate to:
• Main Menu > Settings > About.
Your name, phone number and email address will appear beneath the buggy model.
If the device is not registered, it will display ‘Register Device’.
• The serial number located on the chassis of the buggy (under the battery) is used for registering your buggy on the MGI website. It is also what is required for any repairs or services.
• The serial number located in the Settings > About screen on the Ai Buggy is linked to your buggy registration when you first started up the buggy, this is linked to your Score History.
You may already have an MGI Account from a previously registered MGI product.
Please contact MGI Customer Service to have the password manually reset. The email that you want to register needs to be provided.
Each Ai Series Buggy can only be associated with one owner account, but one owner can have multiple MGI devices associated with their MGI & Sureshot account.
The advanced feature, Hole View, gives a full depiction of the hole green for better details around layout and hazards. The Ai Buggy needs to be registered to access these premium features.
Register your Ai Buggy:
• When turning on your Ai Series Buggy for the first time, you will be asked to register the device.
• Follow the onscreen prompts to complete registration. ***Do not register your buggy on the MGI & Sureshot App before the registration has been completed on the buggy.
• Alternatively, if the above was skipped previously, go to Settings on the Ai Series buggy, then About, and then tap ‘Register Device’ and follow the onscreen instructions.
Update Course:
