Melbourne Service Centre & Showroom Update
In order to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers, in response to COVID-19, we have temporarily closed our Nunawading service centre and office to the general public. The temporary closure is effective from July 17th 2020.
For those customers requiring warranty or spare part help, we can serve you through email and online chat. If you require further help, we can video call you to troubleshoot your issue.
During this time MGI will offer free freight for spare parts that require delivery.
